Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Prosper Suite collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through psfindcoach.com, provider and user accounts, directory, request, quote, recommendation, Wallet, payment, advertising, Profile Promotion, affiliate, Support, analytics, review, referral and communication features.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information; provider profile and credential information; service preferences; request, quote and recommendation details; payment, subscription and Wallet records; support communications and internal correction/escalation records; reviews; referral and affiliate-attribution records; advertising purchases, creatives, impressions and clicks; protected-contact reveal events; consent history; device, security and usage information; public or submitted provider information; and information received from service providers or integrations.
Do not submit highly sensitive health, financial, identity or confidential business information unless a form specifically requests it.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; publish and manage profiles; route requests; connect users and providers; process payments and Wallet entries; provide Support; prevent fraud and abuse; send required service messages; honor communication choices; deliver and measure advertising and promotions; attribute eligible referrals or affiliate activity; operate automated and AI-assisted platform features; measure platform performance; comply with law; and improve the service.
Legal and operational bases
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, respond to a request, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests, prevent fraud or act with consent. Required transactional communications are used to administer requested services and account relationships. Optional marketing email and SMS require the applicable permission recorded in our Consent Ledger.
How information is shared
We share information with providers when a user requests or authorizes a connection; with vendors that host, secure, deliver email or SMS, process payments, provide CRM, analytics or Support services; with professional advisers; during a business transaction; and when required to protect rights, safety or comply with law. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not provide advertisers or affiliate partners with private Support conversations, internal correction notes or payment credentials. When you follow an affiliate or protected outbound link, the destination may receive the technical and attribution information necessary to complete that request and measure eligible referral activity.
Payments and integrations
Payments may be processed through Alle Loop and Stripe. Email may be delivered through Postmark and an authenticated fallback provider. Hosting and security services may be provided by SiteGround and Wordfence. Those providers process information under their own terms and our applicable service arrangements.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for security, sessions and requested features, and may use preference, performance and analytics technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. Profile analytics are aggregated or limited to information needed to explain visibility and engagement; they do not expose another user’s private information.
Automated and AI-assisted processing
Prosper may use automated rules and AI-assisted services to help classify, summarize, review, recommend, draft or prioritize content and operational work. We minimize the information supplied to those tools to what is reasonably needed for the task and maintain human or deterministic controls where the platform design requires them. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information into open-text fields.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, disputes and legal obligations. Financial, Wallet, acceptance and audit records may be retained for up to 7 years or longer when legally required. Retention details appear in the Data Retention Policy.
Security
We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit records, restricted credentials, monitoring and other safeguards. No system is completely secure. Report suspected incidents promptly to support@prosper-suite.com.
Your choices and rights
You may update account information, manage optional communication choices, request a copy of personal information, request correction or deletion, and close an account through the Data & Privacy page. Some records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security or transaction-integrity reasons. Rights vary by location.
Children
Prosper Suite is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
International users
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection rules. We use reasonable contractual and technical measures appropriate to the service and applicable law.
